We are regulated by the Association of British Investigators (ABI) code of practice and disciplinary code, which in turn are independently adjudicated by a solicitor appointed for the task. Our team of private investigators have backgrounds in law-enforcement and the private security and investigation sectors and were required to sit an entrance examination to prove their competence and we also hold professional indemnity insurance. The training and examination covered compliance with relevant legislation such as the Data Protection Act, The Regulatory Investigatory Powers Act, The Private Industry Security Act, Freedom of Information Act and the Criminal and Civil Procedure Rules. The Pearson EDI Level 3 Award for Professional Investigators (QFL) exam also requires that students demonstrate a good knowledge of conducting investigations, undertaking surveillance and handling evidence.

The Principal of Bravo Investigations holds full membership with the Association of British Investigators (ABI), World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI), United Kingdom Process Servers Network (UK-PSN), United Kingdom Professional Investigators Network (UKPIN) the UK & international private investigators.
